Fans Not Left In The Dark After Bromley Postponement

Bromley are offering reduced admission for their rearranged fixture against Aldershot Town after Tuesday's fixture was postponed due to a power cut.

The National League match has been swiftly rescheduled for Tuesday, November 28th and Bromley have released a statement detailing what supporters should do in order to receive a refund.

The statement read: "Bromley Football Club would like to sincerely apologise to all those affected by last night’s postponement. We fully appreciate the efforts and journeys made by both Bromley and Aldershot supporters to see their sides in action and apologise for the inconvenience caused. The Club would like to pass on its thanks to of all those in attendance for their co-operation during the evacuation process.

"The Club lost power to the entire stadium at 7:14pm. The Club have an onsite electrician at all home matches and the club began the process of surveying the damage and finding the cause of the fault. Once the electrical fault was discovered it was deemed to be beyond repair on the night of the game and the decision was made with the match referee to postpone the game.

"Tickets for the original match remain valid and can be presented on arrival for entry next Tuesday. As part of the Club’s apology ticket holders (Bromley & Aldershot fans) will receive a £5 refund on production of their ticket at the turnstiles on Tuesday night as and we have amended our admission prices to the below for the rearranged game:

Adult: £10.00
Concessions (Over 65’s & Students** over 21): £5.00
Armed Forces, NHS/Emergency Services & Football League Season Ticket Holders*: £5
Under 16’s & Students** aged 16-21 yrs: FREE
Under 16’s go FREE when accompanied by a paying adult
*Employers ID / Valid in date Football League Season Ticket required on entry
**Proof of age AND Valid Student ID required on entry

"Our thanks again to Aldershot Town and The National League for their support in helping us rearrange the fixture so quickly.

"Bromley supporters unable to make the rearranged date can gain a refund by presenting their dated ticket to the Club Office (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). Aldershot Town supporters unable to make the rearranged date can also gain a refund by presenting their dated ticket to the Aldershot Club Office."
