The left-back, who originally hails from Scotland with Aberdeen, joined Rovers in the summer following his release by Premier League Leicester City.

Although he has yet to make a first-team appearance for the Gas, Kelly has been a regular in the club`s development side this season and was on the bench for the Checkatrade Trophy tie against West Ham United.
