Elliott Knows Where Improvements Are Needed For Boston

After four games in charge in three competitions, Boston United manager Craig Elliott says he has now had enough time to assess their situation.

A 2-0 loss against Kidderminster Harriers saw them exit the FA Trophy in a replay as they now focus on the National League North, writes Tom Feaheny.

"The league action is what we are playing for, we have got to climb the table, all games in this league is hard and important that needs to be the mentality," Elliott told the club's website

"We need to improve, we are conceding too many goals as a team, now is the time to make some changes, I have seen four games now and what the good and bad in the side is.

"We are looking, it is an important time to look at players, we know what needs to be done and will look at doing just that."

They are currently second bottom in the league ahead of facing promotion chasers York City at the weekend.
