Eastleigh Plan For Even More Stadium Improvements

Eastleigh are looking to improve their Silverlake Stadium even more in the coming months.

The Vanarama National League club aim to gain planning permission to extend their main stand at the ground.

That would mean all four sides of the stadium would have been enhanced since the club won promotion.

They could gain council support by October, chairman Stewart Donald has confirmed.

Eastleigh are looking forward to a better season this time around after a poor year which saw the club change managers four times.

Their current boss Richard Hill believes he will get the current crop playing for the shirt against after returning to the club.

“Last year wasn’t good enough,” said Hill this summer. “But now we’re putting together a squad who will get the club heading in the right direction.”

Hill takes his team Bromley and their new 3G pitch on the first day of the season this coming Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Spitfires today launched their new website which you can visit here: www.eastleighfc.com
