Coasters Get A Boost In Their Bid For The Play-Offs

AFC Fylde are leaving no stone unturned in their bid to get themselves into the National League play-offs.

The Coasters have laid on free travel for supporters for their game at Wrexham, which could prove to be crucial to their impressive campaign.

The match next Saturday against the two top seven rivals is sure to attract a big crowd - and manager Dave Challinor hopes the incentive can help lure a few hundred more followers to north Wales.

Just two points separate the two clubs with the Red Dragons currently sitting just outside and their chairman wants the thank you to fans to help get his club over the line.

David Haythornthwaite said: “Our fans have been brilliant all season, not just travelling to every game but also behaving impeccably at all times.

“They have been true ambassadors for the club and I know have made a lot of friends along the way. This is our way of saying a big thank you to all of them as well as ensuring we have maximum support on the day.”

This weekend the Coasters can go a long way to securing a play-off finish if they Solihull Moors at home.
