Burman Says Three Points Is All That Mattered For Darts

Dartford boss Tony Burman was pleased with what he saw as his side kept pace on top spot with a win against Weston-Super-Mare.

A 3-1 win means Dartford remain three points off top spot with a game in hand, writes Tom Feaheny.

"I think we played a team who play a lot of football and try and keep possession and they do it well, we got the job done and got the three points," Burman told the club's website.

"We closed them down, played it high up the field, we knew the full-backs would get it forward, we were in an unknown territory, we won, I'm pleased."

"The group has a few that can get a goal and that is key, we know that with the games coming up, that is what matters."

"We have tough games coming up, we just have to concentrate on what we do, we know there will be twists and turns coming up."
