Bradbury Wary Of Whitehawk Threat

The Saturday/Monday situation is tough on any club and Havant & Waterlooville will endure that for the second time when they kick-off this afternoon against Whitehawk at Westleigh Park.

The Hawks are looking to improve and solidify their position in the play-off spots against a Whitehawk side which, despite a 1-1 draw against Braintree Town on Saturday, have had a fruitless start to their league campaign.

Havant boss Lee Bradbury said: “I watched them down at Bognor a few weeks ago and they've got some good players. I know the manager, he's brought in a lot of really good individuals and they're going to take a bit of time to knit together. I think it's a brand-new team and squad, no-one`s there from the year before so that's difficult. He's got to have the fans and the boards understanding of what he's done and what he's trying to achieve going forward but you've got to be on your guard because they've got a lot of good players, experience along with youth”.
