Bradbury Says Hawks Are Where They Want To Be

Havant & Waterlooville boss Lee Bradbury says his side remaining top of the league is all that mattered.

This was after a tough 2-1 win at Bath City, writes Tom Feaheny.

In a season which looks like it could go down to the wire, the Hawks remain ahead of both Dartford and Hampton and Richmond Borough in the battle for top spot.

"The character and organisation was exactly what I wanted and what we needed to get this big win," Bradbury told the club's website.

"We showed the reaction we needed to, losing to Truro hurt us and I asked for certain things to change and we did just that."

Bradbury says his side are relishing being top and can handle what comes with it.

"The focus is clear, we are looking at the table each game and wanting to be top, we are where we want to be.

"The position is good for us, it is in our hands."
